Ronnie Gene Blevins talks about taking a lead role in Death in Texas. He has played a certain type of character over the years. While he is grateful for all of those roles, this film provided him the opportunity to play a lead – “a man of nuance, compassion, and ultimately redemption”.

“I got to work with some of my heroes – with Bruce Dern and John Ashton, and of course my mother so beautifully played by Lara Flynn Boyle, Stephen Lang, and William Shockley and Sam Daly, and the list goes on and on.”
