Hi, I’m William Shockley. I play Tex Meyers in the film and first off I have to thank Scott Windhauser for naming the script after me “Death by Tex”. See currently you guys are calling it Death in Texas, but you can change that. Anyway, my good buddy Ronnie Blevins called and said, Hey, man, I got a movie greenlit and I’d like for you to have an acting role and I said, “Great, what is it?” He goes well, “It’s this kind of low rent, West Texas jerk, scumbag killer. I was like “Man, I’ve never played anything like that. But I’m gonna go to acting class and see if I can come up with something.” He said, “Great!” 

So anyway, all joking aside, Scott Windhauser is also a bud who wrote a really great, deep, dark, complex script and I was honored to be a part of the production. I want to thank Allen Gilmer and Riki Rushing for bringing it all together. Made some good friends in the movie John Ashton, another actor, he and I are now buds. So I’m really excited for this movie to come out and I can’t wait. Look forward to it and thanks so much. Take care.
